Welcome back, my lovely readers!  This post is going to be a quick one today, a little chit chat post really.  First things first, I'm back at uni, all moved into a lovely little flat with my two besties in Belfast, what could be better!  It's exciting actually because I've had my first "wait, I'm an adult" moment.  You know, that moment when you realise that you actually have to be an adult and not just say you are because you're 20.  Some may have this moment when they get a full-time job or pass their driving test for the first time, but for me, it's the realisation of paying bills.  As a kid, I honestly couldn't wait to be an adult, mainly because I couldn't wait to wear heels and fancy clothes and not look like I was playing dress up.  But alas, here I am as an adult in my first proper place, albeit not one that I can call my own, but my first place nonetheless.

And so, with what I have appeared to have labelled as a moving in week, despite it only taking me a day, my outfit for this week's post seems to have taken on a similar theme in which I can only describe as a "let's spring clean the flat" look but for everyday wear and perhaps more stylish...does that make sense?  Anyway, what I feel like I'm trying to get at here is that with the new move and second year of uni starting, I think I have acquired a new optimism about life; I don't want to be cheesy or anything but this year ahead (2018 included) appears to be a good one.

Lyd xx
